Hi, I’m Saqera Kokayi (she/her) and I’m a professional coach and management consultant. The Neon Path is my practice of loving kindness; a way for me to do my part in creating positive and harmonious professional experiences.

My career has traversed industries and countries. I've facilitated organizational transformation initiatives, provided strategic thought partnership to entrepreneurs, and built my own skin care company from the ground up in Germany. Along the way, I've led workshops for growing businesses and moderated cultural panel discussions that shape how we think about the future of work. I believe in sharing what I know wherever it's useful to my clients.

My praxis also takes into account the cultural nuances that shape our journeys and the mindsets we can acquire living and working within challenging systems. I provide a judgment-free zone to explore possibilities and develop strategies for success.
