Hi, I’m Saqera Kokayi (she/they) and I’m a certified professional coach and management consultant. The Neon Path is my practice of loving kindness; a way for me to do my part in creating positive and harmonious professional experiences.

My career has zigzagged through industries and countries. From my foundations facilitating complex organizational transformations as a management consultant, to building a gender-inclusive skin care company based in Berlin. I’ve facilitated workshops for developing businesses and moderated cultural panel discussions to push our professional landscapes forward.

My praxis takes into account the cultural nuances that shape our professional journeys and the mindsets we can acquire living and working within challenging systems. I provide a judgment-free zone to explore possibilities and develop strategies for success.
